Our Story
Kush Bhayani, Founder of KUL, is an ‘architechie’ - while his formal education was that of Architecture from the University of Illinois, he has experience in Real Estate and is also the Co-Founder of a Property technology company by the name of Openhaus - building solutions for real estate using real-time 3D technology. KUL stands at the intersection of this varied background making it a design-focused and technology-forward studio.
KUL is an employee-owned design studio, comprising multi-faceted individuals with backgrounds ranging from architecture and interior design to product and user experience design. Apart from architecture services, KUL also provides services in various phygital experience design and is collaborating on a wide range of products from furniture to sneakers.
